The majority of bookings will be fully refundable rates which you pay upon check-out of the property, however, a small amount either requires you to pay a refundable upfront rate or a deposit. Some discounted rates may also be non-refundable however it’s optional to choose this rate.

Yes, you can! We always advise clients to send us their loyalty number so we can add it to the booking, some brands such as Hilton double the amount of points you’ll get.

Yes, we can, on top of hotel-only bookings we offer full trip planning, which includes accommodation, transport recommendations (planes, trains etc), car hire, tours and other activities. Your first full plan is free.

No! On hotel-only bookings, we don’t charge any extra fee.
For more complex trips we may charge a small fee to cover the time that it took to plan it. Contact us for more information.

Most times we are able to do what is known as a ‘takeover’ this is where we will contact the hotel to associate your booking with us.
